Customer Support: Problems with your email or PDS download? |

Are you having problems downloading your purchased products?
Please consider the following facts, if you did not receive your product after purchase and how you can obtain it:
1. If you paid for one of our products using the "e-check" option (meaning you chose to initiate the payment e.g. with funds transferred from your bank account), then please read the emails you'll receive from PayPal, which state clearly that the transaction will take a few days to clear (it's not an instant payment). In the meantime, we do not receive any money, just a notification that we have a "pending" payment. If you did select the "e-check" option, simply wait for the funds to clear, in which case you will receive an automated email with a link to download your product. If you don't wanna wait for the e-check to clear (e.g. you're in a tight deadline) and have an available credit card, just email us and request to cancel the pending payment, so you can initiate a new payment using your credit card. In that case, you download the product instantly and additionally you get an email with a link, in case you miss the download page.
2. If you paid using your credit card or your PayPal money, you will be redirected to a page within PayPal, with a link to download our product. Even if you miss the page and close it down, an email has already been sent to your email address with download links. What can go wrong? If you provide a wrong or outdated email address and accidentally miss or don't notice the download link in the "thank you" page after the purchase, you will obviously not be able to receive the automated email. If the email address you gave is correct (double check this with your PayPal receipt) but you didn't receive your email, than it was probably blocked by your email/server anti-spam system. In that case, make sure you have a look in your spam folder, so you can dig out our email.
In all cases, use the contact form below to contact us directly. If something went wrong, we're here to help. Just make sure you provide us with the email address you used with PayPal, so we can verify your transaction.
