The default "Custom HTML" module in Joomla! 1.5 does not allow "content
plugin" parsing at all. So we wrote Custom Code which allows you to do
just that and furthermore gives you the freedom to execute custom PHP
snippets (along with HTML, CSS and JS) on a plain textarea box, with no
WYSIWYG editor enabled. Very handy when you want to convert an
AllVideos or Simple Image Gallery plugin tag to a video or gallery
respectively. The module allows for parsing any Joomla! "content
plugin".

Looking to have Disqus comments in your K2 site? Check out this beta release of Disqus Comment System for K2.
Just install the plugin, add your Disqus sudomain, publish the plugin and it will completely replace K2's default comment system. Controlling where Disqus comments display is simply a matter of tweaking the appropriate category or item parameter in K2 (nothing to setup additionally in the plugin itself).
This plugin is meant for use on Joomla! 1.5 sites based on the K2 content component...
For standard Joomla! articles, just use Disqus Comments for Joomla!.
Released under the GNU/GPL license.

It's been a great tool for us the past year so we decided to release this cool little plugin to the public.
The "Extended Cache & CDN" plugin for Joomla! 1.5.x is based upon the default Joomla! "Page Cache" plugin but it extends it in such a way so you have more control over what is cached. Furthermore, it helps you do the necessary domain replacements if you decide to go big and use a CDN
solution.

Today we're releasing a free (GPL) module and plugin combo to easily integrate ad slots coming from Google Ad Manager into any Joomla! 1.5 website. These 2 extensions make the process easy and above all, they do it the "proper" way.
So if your plan to use Google Ad Manager as your ad server for your Joomla! website (or if you're already using G.A.M.), install this module and plugin to make your life easier and deliver banners the right way. The module also includes an additional display filter so you won't have to select new menu items for your existing banners every time you switch on or off a new banner.
The plugin is used to add your Publisher ID globally for the website and the module is used to display the actual ad slots coming from Google Ad Manager. Make sure you have both published.
Download the extension here.

Adding image galleries inside your Joomla! articles has never been easier!
Using the "Simple Image Gallery PRO" plugin from JoomlaWorks you can quickly display a folder of images within Joomla! as a stylish image gallery within any article.
Use for example {gallery}myphotos{/gallery} inside the article in which
you want to display an image gallery of photos uploaded to the folder
"myphotos". The plugin will then "automagically" present this folder as
an image gallery, in a stylish thumbnail grid with "lightbox"
popups to showcase the original images, when users click on the
thumbnails!

The "Simple Image Rotator" module offers a simple (yet eye-candy) image
rotating mechanism (or slideshow in plain English) for the Joomla!
masses! It's a light-weight alternative to Flash image rotation scripts
(it's only 3KB!!), which are sometimes difficult to implement and heavy
regarding filesize (not to mention the EOLAS -click to activate- issues
in Internet Explorer!).
The module borrows the nice effects from such scripts, but uses
javascript to auto-"magically" rotate images from any given folder! It
can also resize any images that exceed the rotator dimensions, set in
the module parameters. Just remember you can only use one instance of
the module per page. This means you cannot publish the module twice on
the same page, but you can easily "copy" it in the backend to display
different image sets on different pages.
It's actually a simple to use module, which adds to the overall look of your Joomla! website.

Ultimate PNG Fix is a simple system plugin for Joomla! which enables the proper rendering of transparent PNG images on Internet Explorer (IE) version 6 and lower.
The plugin passes a small JavaScript snippet onto the "head" portion of your website and triggers IE-specific "filters" which in turn enable PNG (alpha) transparency, but only for version 6 and lower.
If you still support IE6 on your Joomla! websites, then this plugin is a "must" and it's dead simple to use. Just enable the plugin and you're set!
