Minted (admin template): A fresh take for the Joomla! 1.0.x administrator backend!

"Minted" is a fresh approach -but not just that!- to the Joomla 1.0.x administrator template.

This administrator template for Joomla 1.0.x is INSPIRED by Joomla 1.5's administrator template 'Khepri' -created by Andy Miller and released under the GNU/GPL license- and the very famous statistics package 'Mint' designed and created by Shaun Inman.

"Minted" features a fresh UI with vivid colors, completely CSS based structure, nice "Page Loading" ajax-ish effect and the ability to be translated to other languages. For the latter, it uses seperate language files to display the login and main admin pages to the user's preferred language. At the moment two languages are included, English (default) and Greek.

Considered by many perhaps the most advanced admin template ever created for Joomla! 1.0.x., not only does it look "fresh", but it is the fastest loading admin template around and comes pre-packed -yes, you read correctly- with Joomla! 1.5's icon set. That means you simply install the admin template and the backend administration user interface completely transforms.

Features of the latest v2 are:

Totally rewritten code. Uses PHP compression and smart CSS and JS file grouping to minimize both file requests and file size. It is about 25% lighter than the default Joomla! admin template and over 50% lighter than any other available.
Icons are installed directly on template installation. You DO NOT NEED to upload additional images. Everything you "see" is replaced with the new icon pack (borrowed from J!1.5), but the original Joomla! icons stay intact.
Uses FAT (Fade Anything Technique) to highlight admin messages in the backend.
Supports 4 languages already (English, German, Spanish, Greek). If your default site language is German for example, the admin template will automatically revert to German. And of course it's easy for anyone to make new language files.
Supplied PSD file for template header! We've included a PSD file to add your own site name or logo in the template's header. Look for the header_text.psd file inside the folder "images" of the template.
